2025-2026 School Year & Summer Camp Information

Please read our important fee & tuition updates, located below.

Priority Registration for currently enrolled families will begin on February 3rd and will last two weeks. Current families have until February 16th to register for guarantee spots for camp & the school year. On February 17th, we will open up registration to families on our wait list, and then to the public on March 3rd for any additional applicants.

Families seeking admission to El Jardin de Los Ninos or The Children’s Garden must have children who are at least 24 months old and not yet eligible for Kindergarten.

El Jardin de Los Ninos and The Children’s Garden each offer 6 classes of 10 to 14 children.

If your child will not be old enough to start in August, but you would like to enroll them later on in the year, you can add them to the wait-list.

All applications, including waitlist, school year, and summer camp applications can be found by selecting “Enrollment” from our menu or clicking here.

We thank you for your understanding and support. We look forward to spending time with your child this summer and/or this 2025-2026 school year.

Registration Dates

Our spots are first come first serve. We do NOT do a lottery, and spots fill up quickly, so please make sure to turn in your applications as soon as you can.

We require one $50 application per family applying. Regardless of how many children/locations/semesters you are applying for, you will only need to pay one application fee per family.

Important Fees & Tuition Update

We greatly appreciate your choice to send your child/children to El Jardin/The Children’s Garden Preschool Program. We are committed to providing high quality child care and maintaining a nurturing environment for all the children we serve.

We are blessed to not only be fully staffed at both of our locations but we have a team that is fully committed to the growth and development of your precious little ones. In our efforts to continue providing quality care and competitive pay for our staff all while navigating the increasing financial demands of operating 2 preschool programs, there will be a $10 increase in all Fees & Tuition.

We regret having to make this decision but we hope you understand that this is necessary in order to provide the best possible care for your child/children. If you have any questions or concerns regarding the increases, please do not hesitate to reach out to a Director through Brightwheel or email: thechildrensgardeneast@gmail.com.

The program is for children ages 24 months to 5 years old.

It has an added Spanish focus to the curriculum. However this is not an “immersion program.”

Children will need to bring their own lunch and water bottle.

Children must be between the ages of 24 months and 5 years old to enroll at El Jardín de Los Niños.

Monthly Tuition for 2025-2026 is $370 per month. Additional siblings will receive a 10% discount ($333). Your tuition fees include a daily snack provided by the school. In lieu of a supply list, a $70 per child supply fee will be due at the beginning of the school year.

It has an added S.T.E.A.M. component.

School Hours: 8:30 AM – 2:30 PM

Children will need to bring their own lunch and water bottle.

2025 Summer Program - El Jardín de Los Niños

Our summer program will run for 6 weeks between June 2nd and July 10th. We will be closed on June 19th and July 7th for those holidays.

Families may choose either the Monday/Wednesday session or the Tuesday/Thursday session for a total of 2 days per week. There is no 4-day option during the summer.

Camp Hours: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Children must be between the ages of 2 and 6 years to attend camp. Our summer camp program is not set up for children younger than 2 years of age.

We also advise that you only send your child to camp if they have already attended a childcare camp program/school before. During the summer we do not have the standard acclimation time that we have during the school year, so it can be overwhelming for children unfamiliar with the environment.

Tuition is $585 (10% discount for siblings), with a non-refundable $100 deposit required at the time of registration. There will also be a $50 summer camp supply fee due at the start of camp.

Important Notes

Children enrolled at both sites are considered “dual enrollment” and will receive a 10% discount on the 2nd site’s tuition. The 10% discount cannot be applied to an already discounted sibling’s tuition.

Example:
2 children attending both programs would pay:
El Jardín de Los Niños ($370 +$333) +
The Children’s Garden ($333 +$333) = $1369.00 per month.

Monthly tuition is the same regardless of the number of weeks classes are in session. This includes December and May.

Application fees and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. This policy includes children enrolled at both locations who ultimately attend only one, as well as to children registered for camp and the school year but end up not coming to camp.

In such cases, the deposit for the second location and the deposit for the camp will be forfeited. We will not transfer forfeited deposits to cover other portions of your tuition bill.

Again, we thank you for your understanding and support.

Should you require any support with financial arrangements, feel free to have a confidential conversation with Ms. Venus or Ms. Patrice. They are here to help you explore your options with understanding and discretion.
