Work with Us
We are looking for individuals with a passion for early childhood education to join our amazing teaching team in August. Our programs specialize in preschool education for children ages 18 months to 5 years.
English and Spanish speaking positions are available!

Work Hours
- Monday - Thursday
- 8:15 PM - 3:15 PM
- 27 Hours Weekly
Parents, we will work with your child’s school schedule so that you can work around their pick-up/drop-off times. Our school calendar is very similar to MNPS, so if your child is out of school, you will usually be off work!
Compensation
- $15 / Hour
General Requirements
- Have a love for teaching
- Have a desire to actively foster the socio-emotional, cognitive, and physical development of our students
- Able to make independent decisions and apply established procedures in a non-biased manner to individual situations pertaining children
- Have effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be conscientious
- Able to efficiently handle multiple tasks
Assistant Teachers
- Able to manage a classroom of 10-14 children, keeping everyone on task and on schedule
- Must know how to implement behavior correction in a compassionate way
Lead Teachers
- Capable of creating and implementing lesson plans on their own using the monthly curriculum set out by the director
